7 nights (Sat-Sat) in the ski-in/ski-out Beaver Run Resort with daily breakfast.  Listed price includes double occupancy in hotel room, 5-day (adult) lift ticket, and nonstop RT on Southwest from Dulles to Denver (details below).

Beaver Run Resort offers ski-in/out access to Peak 9's Beaver Run Super Chair (just steps away) and the Quicksilver lift:  "Wrap yourself in comfort after a long day on the slopes in the quiet of our campus, pamper yourself at our onsite, luxurious Breckenridge spa, or take a brisk 3 block walk to historic Main Street in the Town of Breckenridge.  Or, walk out the door and explore hundreds of acres of National Forest access that make Breckenridge a year-round outdoor playground."
Our rooms are conveniently positioned near the heated indoor/outdoor pool, outdoor hot tubs, game room, and The Spa.  Amenities include two queen beds, a coffee maker, a mini-fridge, a microwave, and complimentary WiFi.  Add $800 for the single supplement if you want a room to yourself.  A limited number of rooms may have a single King bed, subject to availability.

Studio units may be available as an upgrade.  Perhaps ideal for couples, they feature an open layout with a queen bed and a small living and dining area with a queen sleeper sofa. The efficiency kitchen is a great addition for those who enjoy eating breakfast or an après-ski snack in their own room. Studios are located in Building 4, providing slope-side access.

Adults (64 & under) add $76 to pre-purchase a 6th-day lift ticket.  65+ seniors deduct $40 with the 5-day ticket or instead add $28 for the 6-day ticket. Non-skiers (and Epic Pass holders) save $588 on the package without lift tickets.

Air Schedule (Subject to Change):  With our switch to air on Southwest, not only do we now get two bags checked free (a potential $120+ savings), but we've also been able to drop the price by $175!

Membership Requirement:  Your club membership must be current when signing up for the trip and throughout the duration of the trip.  The trip has been "sanctioned" through the Blue Ridge Ski Council.  Current members of other BRSC member ski clubs may register for the trip.

Payment Schedule:

We’ll confirm your registration when we receive and acknowledge your deposit:  Mail (or give) a check to the trip leader, payable to the Pentagon Ski Club, or pay your trip invoice online with a credit card.  Partial payment of trip invoices online is not possible – you must pay the entire invoice – but we’ve created a work-around:  After signing up (registering) for the trip, then also register for the “Trip Deposit – Credit Card Payments” trip that we’ve set up and select one or more trips for which you wish to pay the initial deposit.  You may then pay the resulting invoice, consisting of only those initial deposits, online with a credit card.  You may also make partial payments with credit cards at club meetings.
