7 nights accommodations (Sat-Sat) at the Park City Peaks Hotel with daily breakfast, and nonstop RT air from Washington Reagan (DCA) to Salt Lake City (details below).

The new Park City Peaks Hotel, completely renovated in 2017/18, is the ideal base camp for skiers seeking a classic Park City and Wasatch Mountain experience.  Sparkling new facilities create a modern vintage feel.

The lobby is highlighted by its majestic floor-to-ceiling fireplace.  The hotel has  also added the Mercato Marketplace, Christy Ski and Sports, and Versante Hearth + Bar with its open-hearth pizza oven.  The hotel's Park Avenue location is minutes from Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley Resort, and Park City’s Main Street district via the complimentary town shuttle.

Stay active with the new world-class fitness room, swim through the indoor/ outdoor pools, and relax in the hot tubs, dry sauna, and steam room.

Our spacious rooms are furnished with two Queen beds.  Amenities include 55" flat-screen TVs and luxury bath products.  King-bedded rooms may be available upon request.  Add $800 for the Single Supplement if you want a room to yourself.

EPIC Passes Required:  You must obtain an Epic pass to ski at Park City/Canyons on the trip.  This is due to the September 2020 announcement that Vail Resorts will be restricting COVID-19 related slope access at all of their resorts.  Guaranteed ski time will be limited solely to Epic pass holders.  Pass options, which include reasonably priced Epic Day Passes, may be purchased on the Vail Resorts website.  A 4-day non-holiday Epic Day Pass is $404 (October 2020). 

Skiing Reservations Required:  Everyone will be required to reserve their Park City/Canyons ski days online, in advance.  Some guidance on making your reservations is provided in Vail Resorts Skiing Reservation Procedure.

Lift tickets for one or two days at Deer Valley remain available through the club. Adult one/two day $156/$312, Senior one/two day $125/$245.  Ikon Pass holders will not be required to make reservations at Deer Valley this season.

Membership Requirement:  Your club membership must be current when signing up for the trip and throughout the duration of the trip.  The trip will be "sanctioned" through the Blue Ridge Ski Council.  Current members of other BRSC member ski clubs may register for the trip beginning July 1.

Payment Schedule:

The trip is officially confirmed a "go" as of 9/5/2020!

We’ll confirm your registration after you've signed up (registered) for the trip and we've received your deposit:  Mail (or give) a check to the trip leader, payable to the Pentagon Ski Club, or pay online by going to our Partial Payments Page where you can make initial deposits &/or interim payments for one or more trips, and for one or more members, in a single transaction.  You may also make partial payments with credit cards at club meetings.  Note:  If you wish instead to pay for the entire trip (or to pay your remaining balance), you should make your payment directly against your trip invoice.  You can find your invoice(s) from your profile page by selecting your name in the upper right corner of the website when you are logged in.
