Epic & Ikon Passes
for 2026
All of our 2026 trips will be going to resorts that honor one of the multi-resort season passes. You may purchase passes directly from the suppliers (click on the logos above), but several of our our tour operators have promotions (listed below) offering discounts or rebates in conjunction the trips you might take with the club.
You may wish to consider purchasing your passes through them. The
exceptions are Military Epic passes and military discounts on Ikon passes, which are only available from the
suppliers (more below on military passes).
You should consider purchasing passes early-on as the costs typically increase periodically as winter gets closer, and pass sales typically end in early December:
- Last year, Epic Pass prices increased on 5/28/2024, 9/2/2024, 10/9/24, and 11/17/2024. December 2nd was the last day to buy 2024-25 passes.
- Last year, IKON Pass prices increased on 4/19/2024 and again in mid-October 2024. December 12th was the last day to buy 2024-25 passes.

Note: You'll need to enter a promotion code (password) to access the pricing and order a pass. We provided that code to our dues-paying members in an email blast on 3/24/2025. We ask that you do NOT share the code outside our club. If you're a new member or have misplaced that email, click for an email address to get in touch with a club officer. Include your phone number and we'll call you with the code.
2025-26 MILITARY PASSES
Vail Resorts offers military discounts on Epic Passes purchased online.
Note: Last year, the last day to purchase Epic Passes for the 2025 season
(including Epic Day Passes) was December 2, 2024.
Note: Prices are expected to increase periodically
IKON offers military discounts on passes purchased online. They also have a Military Sales Program in which they have partnered with military installations across the US, offering substantial discounts to qualified service members. Active duty, retired (20+ years of service), and reserve military members can purchase on-base with a valid military ID. Spouses and dependents also qualify with a valid dependent military ID.
Note: Last year, the last day to purchase 2025 Ikon Passes on-base was November 30, 2024.
Note: Online Ikon Prices are expected to increase periodically,
but the Military Sales prices are expected to remain unchanged throughout the season.
Ft. Myer expects to participate in the program, but (as of 3/20/2025) has not yet put it in place for 2025-26. It will be operated through the Leisure Travel Office located in the Community Center (click for a map). Tonya (703-696-3470) runs the office, 0930-1700 Mon-Fri; 1000-1630 Saturday.
Other locations in the DC area, that participated last year (to be confirmed for 2025-26), include:
- The U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis
- The MWR office at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling. 202-284-3108; located in the Outdoor Recreation Building (bldg #928), near the Capital Cove Marina. 0900-1800 7 days/week, but hours vary with the season (per "Amber" 6/24/2024).
- The MWR office at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (to be confirmed)
