Epic & Ikon Passes
for 2026
All of our 2026 trips will be going to resorts that honor one of the multi-resort season passes. You may purchase passes directly from the suppliers (click on the logos above), but several of our our tour operators have promotions (listed below) offering discounts or rebates in conjunction the trips you might take with the club.
You may wish to consider purchasing your passes through them. The
exceptions are Military Epic passes and military discounts on Ikon passes, which are only available from the
suppliers (more below on military passes).
You should consider purchasing passes early-on as the costs typically increase periodically as winter gets closer, and pass sales typically end in early December:
- December 4th, 2025 will be the last day to buy 2025-26 Epic Passes.
- December 11th, 2025 will be the last day to buy 2025-26 Ikon Passes.

2025-26 MILITARY PASSES
Vail Resorts offers military discounts on Epic Passes purchased online.
Note: Last year, the last day to purchase Epic Passes for the 2025 season
(including Epic Day Passes) was December 2, 2024.
Note: Prices are expected to increase periodically
IKON offers military discounts on passes purchased online. They also have a Military Sales Program in which they have partnered with military installations across the US, offering substantial discounts to qualified service members. Active duty, retired (20+ years of service), and reserve military members can purchase on-base with a valid military ID. Spouses and dependents also qualify with a valid dependent military ID.
Note: The Ikon Military Sales Program ended on December 1, 2025.
Note: Online Ikon Prices are expected to increase periodically,
but the Military Sales prices are expected to remain unchanged.
Ft. Myer participates in the program through the Leisure Travel Services Office located in the Community Center at 228 McNair Road, Building 405, Fort Myer, VA 22211 (click for a map). Tonya (703-696-3470) runs the office, 0930-1700 Mon-Fri (hours confirmed 8/13/2025).
