7 nights (Sat-Sat) in luxury accommodations at The Charter at Beaver Creek (hotel rooms) with welcome reception, daily full buffet breakfast, nonstop round-trip air from Washington to Denver (details below), and ground transfers.The Charter is conveniently located steps from village amenities, shops, restaurants, and the ski slopes at Beaver Creek Resort.  The Charter offers a complete retreat for ski enthusiasts and relaxation seekers alike.  Experience ski-in access, skier shuttle, access on-site sports rentals at Charter Sports, experience an alpine haven at the Spa, and sit down to contemporary cuisine at Black Diamond Bistro.

Nestled in the heart of Beaver Creek Resort, The Charter is a European-style lodge with elegant accommodations.  Within walking distance from shopping, dining and year-round ice-skating in Beaver Creek Village, The Charter combines the comforts of home with resort-style amenities to provide guests with a truly refined mountain experience with convenient ski-in/ski-out access.

The Charter has a 24-hour front desk and concierge, and offers an extensive list of amenities:  Whether dining at one of the property’s two on-site restaurants or indulging in a relaxing treatment at the spa, guests have great amenities right at their fingertips.  The resort also features an indoor lap pool, hot tubs, and a health club complete with a fully-equipped fitness center, steam rooms and saunas.  With equipment rentals also available right on-site, guests can easily grab skis or snowboards and head out to enjoy The Charter’s ideal mountain location.  Additional conveniences include complimentary WiFi, and resort shuttle service.

The Charter’s game room features a pool table, foosball table, air hockey, a variety of Arcade games, a big screen TV and a WII console with a variety of games.  There are also vending machines and a coin-operated washer and dryer.  A computer center features three computers complimentary web access and printing. 

Our confirmed block of rooms have two Queen beds.  (Rooms with one King bed may be available upon request.)  Amenities include a mini-refrigerator, coffee maker, TV/DVD player, cable, complimentary high-speed internet access, and a phone with voicemail and dataport.  The rooms also include a wall safe, humidifier, iron, ironing board, and hairdryer.  Plush terry bathrobes are available. 

Single Rooms:  Listed price is for double occupancy; add $1,515 for the single supplement if you want a room to yourself.

Rental Equipment:  Charter Sports, just steps from the Charter Ski-Way, offers a true ski-in ski-out experience.

Lift Tickets:  Lift tickets are not included in the trip package, as Vail Resorts is no longer offering competitively priced group lift tickets.  Epic Passes, which must be individually purchased (not through the club), provide the best value.

Epic Passes:  Participants are encouraged to purchase an Epic Pass product of some type early-on.  The following options would cover your skiing for the trip, not only at Beaver Creek but also at Vail.  Prices shown are as of late November 2023, but December 3, 2023 was the last day to buy passes for the 2023-24 season, including the Day Passes:

• A "full" Epic Pass ($1,025)
  
• Military Epic Pass – Active/Retired ($206); Veteran ($564)
  
• Epic Day Pass (the non-holiday-rate for an "all resorts" pass) – ($502 for 5 days; $585 for 6 days)
• Epic Local Pass ($795) - allows 10 days total in The Rockies which includes Vail, Beaver Creek and Whistler
• Tahoe Local Pass ($654) - allows 5 days total at most of The Rockies including Vail and Beaver Creek

Membership Requirement:  Your club membership must be current when signing up for the trip and throughout the duration of the trip.  The trip will be "sanctioned" through the Blue Ridge Ski Council.  Current members of other BRSC member ski clubs may register for the trip beginning August 1.

Payment Schedule:

We’ll confirm your registration after you've signed up (registered) for the trip and we've received your initial deposit:  Pay online by going to our Partial Payments Page where you can make initial deposits &/or interim payments for one or more trips, and for one or more members, in a single transaction.  You may also make partial payments with credit cards at club meetings.  Note:  If you wish instead to pay for the entire trip (or to pay your remaining balance), you should make your payment directly against your trip invoice.  You can find your invoice(s) from your profile page by selecting your name in the upper right corner of the website when you are logged in.
